Your trip begins on a Sunday and will conclude on the following Saturday. You will be transported by Jeep, deep into the jungles that border Guatemala, Belize and Mexico. This area is rich in Mayan history and contains tropical forest ranging from high canopy to low bush. Over 400 species of birds call this area home, which is more than the USA and Canada together. You’re camped along a beautiful spring fed creek which will be your home for the next week. The camp is well-staffed with a cook, waiter, guides and powered by evening generator, propane stoves, coolers and a fleet of rugged Jeeps. Each morning you’ll be up early with your guide hunting under the vast jungle canopy for a variety of jungle species. Afternoons are good for a siesta and then back to jungle for your afternoon hunt.
